📏 BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER – SIZES AND EXPECTATIONS
We recommend you consult our Size Guide before placing your order.
Not sure about the size? Don't hesitate to contact our friendly team — we'll be happy to help.
Please note: slight variations in size (1–3 cm) may occur due to the handmade nature of the garment. This is normal and is not considered a defect .
🔁 RETURN CONDITIONS
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery , according to the tracking information.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and show no signs of wear.

You must keep the original labels and packaging

You must email us within the return period to start the process
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
🚫 ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted for:

❌ Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times, we can only accept cancellations within 5 minutes of purchase .
If you wish to cancel your order within that period, please send us an email to support@solennastyle.com .
After that time, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.
Once you have received the product, you can manage a return and refund by contacting us via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable .
💳 Delays or Pending Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

Please note: we do not offer free exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective .
🧾 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@solennastyle.com with a clear photo of the product .
We'd be happy to help you solve the problem.
We can only offer a solution if photographic evidence of the damage is provided.
Customers who do not submit photographic proof will not be able to be verified .
📦 Shipping Address Errors
The address provided when making the purchase will be used for shipping.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
In some cases, we can modify the address before shipping .

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and without signs of use .
